Fire door safety week
We support the Fire Door Safety campaign that highlights the importance of fire safety doors.
Our priority at settle is to keep our customers safe in their homes.
We have rigorous fire safety testing processes in place, carried out by qualified contractors who regularly check that we are doing all we can to maintain high fire safety standards. This includes providing each home with a regular gas safety check and an electrical safety check. We also provide advice for all our customers to improve fire safety in every home.
We install fire doors in all our blocks of flats and provide clear guidance to customers on the importance of keeping communal areas clear and making sure that fire safety doors are not propped open.
We also work in partnership with Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue who are always happy to answer questions any of our customers might have about fire safety.
