settle to provide new homes in Letchworth
We’re pleased to be offering 12 new properties for shared ownership in Pelican Way, Letchworth.
The 12 properties are a mix of 1 and 2-bedroom flats with private outdoor space and are situated in a popular estate close to the main town centre.
These properties are part of delivering on the commitments of our strategy, Building a Better Tomorrow, which sets out our target to complete at least 480 new homes over the next three years and we are ambitious to push ourselves beyond this target.
