New homes coming soon
At settle we’re committed to building more much-needed affordable homes. Our target is to deliver 120 new homes this year and we’re on track with this. Here’s an update on some of the developments underway.
We are delighted to say that 10 out of 12 flats available for shared ownership have already been reserved in Pelican Way, Letchworth.
The hard work doesn’t stop there. 12 properties at our development in Cambridge Road, Langford have now been occupied. This is part of our commitment to deliver 22 homes in this development, 6 for rent and 16 for shared ownership. 6 properties are still available for shared ownership.
In addition, we’ve recently received planning permission to provide 10 new homes in Shefford, as well as residential permission for Roker Park in Stotfold, Bedfordshire, where we will be providing off site facilities for a local football club to release land for 62 homes to be built.
We’re expecting to hand over the keys for more homes in Marston Moretaine and Langford before Christmas. Marston Moretaine is a sizeable development for settle, bringing 120 new homes in total. We began this development in June and the first seven shared ownership purchasers moved in during September.
