Together with tenants survey update
Earlier this year we told customers how we’ve signed up as early adopters to the National Housing Federation’s (NHF) Together with Tenants campaign, which aims to strengthen the relationship between housing associations and their tenants and residents.
The National Housing Federation have now published the highlights and their response to the ‘Together with Tenants’ survey. You can read this here.
The final draft of the charter and plan will be available in July. We will be coming out to speak to you in your communities to see what this could look like in practice. Look out for the settle pin!
