A new home for Stotfold Football Club
We’re delighted to have completed development of the new stadium and facilities for Stotfold Football Club.
The new football club and grounds on Arlesey Road provide FA-standard playing facilities with floodlit pitch and practice areas, linked to a club house capable of hosting up to 140 guests. The site sits in 23 acres of recreational land. Stotfold Town Council’s vision is that these will provide public play areas and other community facilities.
Richard Fuller, MP for North East Bedfordshire joined settle Chair, Martin Nurse; Alan Cooper, Mayor of Stotfold; Brian Saunders, Chairman of Central Beds Council; and Phil Pateman, Chairman of Stotfold Football club to mark the transfer of the new facilities from settle to Stotfold Town Council at an event held at the new ground on Thursday 30th January.
We have progressed development of the new football site at Arlesey Road through a partnership with Stotfold Town Council and Stotfold Football Club, with support from Central Bedfordshire Council.
The new stadium and facilities were all built by settle, and on completion allowed Stotfold Town Council to release the old Roker Park football site where we will soon start development of 62 new affordable homes, including many for shared ownership.
