How coronavirus is affecting our services
Updated: 25 March 2020
Our primary concern is to support the wellbeing of our residents, colleagues and communities at this time.
We want to reassure you of our commitment to continue delivering essential services, so we’re now prioritising our work to maintain the safety of homes and support those customers who are most vulnerable.
To limit people coming in to your home, we ask that you only report essential or emergency repairs to us for the time being.
Please note, our office/reception is closed to visitors until further notice. You can continue to contact us for support with all other queries.
If you’re expecting a visit
We have a legal responsibility to keep you safe and we’ll continue to do emergency repairs and safety checks.
If you’re self-isolating, please let us know, so we can reschedule any appointments for you, and discuss how best you’d like us to communicate with you.
If you’ve received a text cancelling your repair
We’re now prioritising our work to maintain the safety of homes and support those customers who are most vulnerable. To help us do this, we’ve cancelled repairs that are not essential or an emergency and we’re very grateful for your understanding at this challenging time.
Once things return to normal, we’ll be able to rebook your appointment but right now we don’t know when that will be as the coronavirus situation changes regularly. We’ll keep our website updated so please keep checking back.
Help regarding your rent
If you’re having problems paying your rent, or are concerned about being able to do so, please contact us. We can help in several ways.
