New resident survey
During the past few months, there have been many changes which have impacted the way we live our daily lives, including our ability to go to work and to earn money.
Some of these changes will have life-changing impacts for our residents and their families and we want to make sure we’re able to provide support and guidance.
To help us better understand the best ways we can help, during the next couple of weeks we’ll be inviting residents to complete a short survey to tell us how COVID-19 has affected your household income. Links to the survey will be sent by email or SMS.
We will use the information from the survey to shape how we provide support in the coming weeks and months, and to ensure we provide you with the most appropriate advice and information.
