The services we provide
Following the national lockdown which began on Thursday 5 November, we wanted to provide an update on the services we provide.
The government has provided guidance including that tradespeople can still enter homes and people can still move house, as long as all activity follows Covid safety guidance.
This means that we can continue to deliver many of our landlord services during the lockdown, including routine repairs.
As throughout all of our response to COVID-19, the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues, residents and communities will be our priority and will guide all that we do. This does mean that it might take us longer to do some things, or we might do them in different ways. If it is not possible to complete an activity due to safety reasons, we will contact you with more details.
Please bear with us
Like everyone else, our organisation and colleagues continue to be affected by the virus and the restrictions around it, including many of our colleagues working from home. It’s therefore taking us longer to do things and it may take you longer to get through to us on the phone.
We’re constantly looking at how we can give you the best service in a way that keeps you and our teams safe and follows the government’s guidance to stop the spread of coronavirus. We really appreciate your patience at this time.
You can do many of the things you might want to contact us about online. Just login to your account where you can report repairs, make payments, make changes to your contact details, check your rent balance and more.
When we visit your home
To keep you and our team safe when we visit your home, we’ll both need to do things slightly differently. If your request involves a visit to your home, please read our appointments during coronavirus page.
Visiting us
Our office remains closed to customers and the public for now. Where you’d normally meet with us at our office, we’re doing this over video conference and telephone call where we can.
Extra support at this time
There are lots of ways we can provide extra support at this time. We can help with things like rent, food and other essential items like topping up your gas and electricity. If there’s anything we can do to help, please get in touch.
