Big Check In update
In January settle colleagues carried out our third Big Check In to find out how local residents were doing and to gather feedback about the services we provide. Colleagues contacted a total of 361 residents by phone and asked about their welfare and whether there were any other ways we could provide additional support around essential services.
We will continue to carry out our Big Check In every three months with the next one scheduled to take place in April.
