In November 2020, the government published a charter for social housing residents, called a white paper, setting out the actions the government will take to ensure that residents in social housing across the UK are safe, are listened to, live in good quality homes, and have access to redress when things go wrong. You can read the whitepaper here
We welcome these proposals. The government’s white paper sets out proposed tenant satisfaction measures that residents should expect landlords like settle to meet. We’d like to hear your views on these proposed measures and invite you to take part in a short survey to get your views on whether these measures tell you what you would want to know about settle’s performance, so that we can include this in our feedback to the government’s consultation. All responses will be anonymous and the survey will take about 5 minutes.
