Affordable new homes completed in Potters Bar
The new development, OAK, on the site of the former Green Man pub provides 18 one and two-bedroom properties – 13 for shared ownership and five for rent.
We are delighted to have taken handover of all 13 homes for shared ownership – with homeowners ready to move in from early May.
The affordable rented flats are nearing completion, with residents able to move in as soon as the homes are ready thanks to continuing partnership working with Hertsmere Borough Council.
The former pub building is being restored and will provide another flat for shared ownership, along with a ground-floor commercial unit.
Supported by grant funding from Homes England, this development in Potters Bar takes us another step towards achieving our target of delivering 1500 new homes by 2024.
