We’re delighted to let you know that reception at our office on Blackhorse Road, Letchworth, will reopen on 6 September. If you want to speak to a member of staff in person, please contact colleagues at settle to pre-book an appointment as we proceed with a phased return to the office for the safety of everyone.
Residents will still be able to drop by to collect or hand in keys without an appointment and there are duty staff on hand if you have an emergency that you are unable to pre book an appointment for.
Over the last few months we’ve carried out some refurbishment work on our public-facing areas to ensure they remain safe and welcoming for everyone.
Social distancing measures and a one-way system are still in place, which we ask all visitors to follow.
We also ask all visitors to wear a face covering when in the building. A maximum of two families can be in reception at one time.
Other safety measures include the addition of:
- A sanitation station
- Screens in our interview rooms and the reception area
- An iPad in place of the manual sign in book for visitors.
