Fiona Coulson promoted to Executive Director of Development
We’re pleased to confirm that settle colleague Fiona Coulson has been promoted to the role of executive director of development from her current role in our development team.
Fiona brings huge knowledge and experience to this role. She has worked at settle for the past two years, and has overseen significant work towards our target of delivering 1,500 new homes by 2024, of which 90% are affordable.
Fiona joins chief executive Gavin Cansfield on the settle executive team, along with Dean Anderson, executive director of Customer Services; Ebele Akojie, executive director of finance and resources; and Jesse Meek, executive director of asset strategy and sustainability.
On taking up her new role, Fiona said: “This a great opportunity at a really exciting time for settle. I’m really looking forward to working with our fantastic development team and colleagues across settle to continue our focus on delivering quality affordable new homes.”
