Extreme weather conditions – service update
We have made some changes to our services due to the current weather conditions and for the safety of our colleagues and residents. We have rescheduled:
- All roofing and work at height
- All groundworks
We will keep all residents updated as we rearrange these works.
If you have any problems with the heating in your property, please call us on 0330 343 0016 and press option 1 for Oakray. They are experiencing a high number of calls but please stay on the line and they will answer your call.
Our phone lines at settle are still busy for other queries and it might take you a little longer to get through to us. In the case of an emergency please stay on the line. If it is a non-emergency, you can also send us an email or try calling us back later.
