settle wins best small development award
We’re delighted to announce that one of our new developments, Iveldale Drive, was awarded Best Small Development at the First Time Buyer Readers Awards at a ceremony in London on 1 September.
Located in Shefford, Bedfordshire, this development is made up of ten high quality shared ownership homes, which offer three- and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom bungalows.
Working in partnership with Parrott Construction, the new homes were inspired by the local landscape; with a traditional exterior finish, varying styles of brickwork, rendering, cladding and windows with an environmentally friendly timber frame.
