Planning application for Campfield Way development now live
The planning application to develop homes at Campfield Way, Highover Road and Icknield Way [41a to 75b, odd numbers only] in Letchworth Garden City is now live for consultation. The plans and designs associated with the planning application are available to view on the North Herts Council planning portal. The planning reference number is 24/00326/FP.
The neighbourhood consultation expiry date for residents to share their feedback is Sun 07 Apr 2024.
We encourage all local residents and members of the public to provide feedback on these plans and to share your views so that settle can continue to progress plans to redevelop new affordable homes in this area.
Following the end of the consultation period the council will take forward the next steps in the planning process.
