Green Spring Clean – Campfield & Highover
As part of Green Week, colleagues from our regeneration and development and estates teams went to Campfield Way and Highover Road in Letchworth to carry out a spring clean in the neighbourhood. Several partners also came along and supported colleagues by working together cutting back hedges, weeding, clearing pathways and tidying properties.
The planning application to redevelop these homes was submitted to North Herts Council at the beginning of this year. Proposals for the new development include 157 new affordable homes with a variety of homes between 1 and 5 -bedroom apartments, terraced, semi-detached and detached houses. The scheme will also provide fully accessible flats, houses and bungalows in direct response to need.
