We encourage all residents to give your feedback about our work at settle. Our commitment is that we will use this to shape and influence our work.
There are lots of ways for you to give your feedback – through the Big Door Knock, Tenant Satisfaction Measure Surveys and complaints. We are also encouraging residents to join our online digital community called settle connect, or to join our Green Panel. You can find more details on the Get Involved page on our website.
