Summer Big Door Knock – feedback from residents in the Grange and Westbury neighbourhood
We’re carrying out our Big Door Knock in the Grange and Westbury neighbourhoods between Monday 22 July and Thursday 1 August.
The Big Door Knock is now an established event in our calendar where every quarter members of our Board, executive team and colleagues from teams across settle go out to meet residents in their homes to find out how they are doing and if there is any more we can do to improve our services.
The purpose of this Big Door Knock is to speak to residents about the Grange and Westbury neighbourhoods and the quality of service we provide, so we can understand what’s working well and where improvements are needed.
