Flooding
If your home is affected by flooding due to the weather and you need to report an emergency repair, please contact us immediately or call us on 0330 343 0016.
If you are experiencing flooding outside the boundaries of your home, please contact National Highways for support.
Other repairs
Our phone lines are busier at this time and wait times to be longer than usual. If you need to report a non-emergency repair, please report it through the website. This will keep the phone lines free for those who need to report emergencies.
