Completion of New Homes at Orchard Close, Gravenhurst, Bedfordshire
We are thrilled to announce the completion of Orchard Close in Gravenhurst, Bedfordshire, with the support of Homes England and Central Bedfordshire Council. The project will deliver 53 high-quality homes, with 18 for social rent and 35 for shared ownership, helping to meet the local demand for affordable housing.
To celebrate the progress, colleagues from settle were recently joined by representatives from Central Bedfordshire Council, Homes England, contractors R J O’Neill, and project partners who collaborated on the scheme. We are pleased that residents have now begun moving into their new homes.
