New YouTube repair videos to help residents
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting residents, we’re delighted to share a series of repair videos on our YouTube channel.
These videos focus on common repairs that residents often contact us about.
From fixing leaky taps to repressurising a boiler, each video is designed to provide step-by-step instructions, making it easier for residents to carry out a repair independently if it is safe to do so.
The videos will also support our colleagues in the Hub when residents reach out for help with repairs. If additional help or guidance is needed, we’re able to provide further assistance by contacting us in the usual way to raise a repair or contact us.
