National Involvement Week – 14 – 18 October 2024
As members of Tpas,the largest tenant engagement organisation in the country, we are pleased to support their inaugural National Involvement Week.
Through this special week, Tpas are shining a spotlight on and celebrating all forms of resident, tenant, and customer-led involvement, from grassroots community initiatives to boardroom decisions.
Plus as part of the week, Tpas are also offering a variety of free learning, sharing, and networking sessions for everyone. You can see more details about National Involvement Week and the activities Tpas are running during the week on their website here.
Our membership of Tpas gives Settle residents the opportunity to access benefits including tenant engagement training, specialist advice, housing briefings and a free helpline. To get started, just click ‘join as a tenant’ on the membership page.

We encourage all Settle residents to give your feedback across all that we do. There are a range of ways to have your voice heard – you can see more details and how to get involved in the ways that work best for you on our Get Involved web page. From signing up to our online community Settle Connect, to giving us feedback through things like our satisfaction surveys, Big Door Knocks, and Complaints, there are a range of ways we collect feedback. Our commitment is that we will always use the feedback we receive to shape and improve our services.
Jackmans calling!
For residents in the Jackmans, Letchworth – don’t forget that we have activities running from 16 October to 8 November, both online and in person, to give you the opportunity to tell us what you think and find out what we’re doing around areas that are of particular importance to the Jackmans Community.
