Important Update: Phone payment process is changing
The way you make a payment to us over the phone is changing to enhance security.
Instead of verbally providing your card details, you are now required to input your card information using your telephone keypad. This method ensures that your payments are handled securely and complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which is a set of guidelines to protect cardholder data and prevent fraud.
We understand that this may not be convenient for everyone, and we wanted to remind you that you can still use alternative payment methods such as, Direct Debit, Standing Order, or a bank transfer.
