Power outage update
Due to a widespread UK Power Networks outage affecting parts of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and surrounding areas yesterday evening, our phone lines may be busier than usual and wait times may be longer.
We’re currently aware of issues with fire panels in some of our buildings that need to be reset, and engineers are actively addressing these. There’s no need to call us about these issues, as we’re working to resolve them as quickly as possible.
