Report it online
If you need to report a non-emergency repair, please report it through your online account. – you will need to log in through the blue ‘my account’ button – or try calling us back later when our phone lines are likely to be less busy.
If you don’t already have an account, it takes just a few minutes to register. There are also lots of other things you can complete through online accounts, including making payments and changing repair appointment times.
