Annual report for residents – 2023/24
We are pleased to publish our annual report for residents for 2023-24. The report reviews our work for residents, highlights from the year and improvements we are making.
We are grateful to members of our Voice of the Resident Panel for reviewing the draft report.
Summary version
We have again published a summary version of the report. We introduced this additional format last year following feedback, especially from Voice of the Resident panel members. The summary highlights key facts and figures from across the year, with full details in the longer version of the report.

Listening to residents – new reporting requirements
From April 2024, new requirements came into effect about the ways landlords like Settle work and report on the services we provide. These including reporting on Tenant Satisfaction Measures and a new Annual Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report. New Consumer Standards also came into effect, which our Regulator uses to monitor the expectations and outcomes landlords like Settle must deliver.
We have structured the full Annual Report for Residents around the Tenant Satisfaction Measures, as your perception of the services we provide. We also draw on the Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report and provide details about all of the Consumer Standards.
