Settle retains G1V2 compliant rating from the Regulator of Social Housing
The Regulator of Social Housing has confirmed a G1V2 grading for Settle following results of their annual stability checks announced in December 2024.
The grading confirms we remain compliant with the governance and financial standards the Regulator requires us to work to.
G1 is the highest rating for governance. V2 is also a compliant rating, reflecting that we meet the Regulator’s viability requirements, particularly around financial capacity.
Rod Cahill, interim Chief Executive at Settle said: “We are pleased with these gradings from the Regulator. They demonstrate that Settle remains a well-run business, with good governance and risk management in place. The judgement also reflects our ongoing commitment to do all we can to invest in improving existing homes and neighbourhoods, along with developing new affordable homes.”
Our 2030 plan, launched in 2024, outlines the priorities we are working to at Settle over the next five years. The plan outlines how we are committed to being relentlessly resident focussed, providing safe, warm homes and working to meet housing need, underpinned by being a well-run social business.
