Have your say on our five key areas
We gather feedback from residents in lots of different ways and use this to help ensure that we shape the services we provide to meet your needs.
This includes collecting feedback from things like the tenant satisfaction measures, transactional surveys, complaints, Big Door Knocks, Neighbourhood Action Weeks and Voice of the resident panel.
From the information we collected from residents in the first part of our financial year (April 2024 to October 2024), five key areas which received most feedback were identified for improvement. These are:
- Efficient and Timely Repairs
- Clean and Green Estate Management
- Complaints and Query Handling
- Anti-Social Behaviour Communication
- Digital Ease
We want to work with you to understand ‘what good looks like’ in these five areas and make sure that we are getting it right. At the end of January, we contacted residents by email with a link to take part in surveys on one or all these areas.
If you did not receive a survey, you can log into our virtual platform – Settle Connect and access more information and complete the surveys there. We invite you take part in as many as you wish.
