We’re sending out details of rents and charges to be paid from April

We’re writing to all residents with details of rents and any service charges to be paid between April 2025 and March 2026.

Our rent rise booklets providing these details will be received by residents from Wednesday 26 February.

This follows early information early information we sent to most residents about this at the start of February. The rent increase for most tenants is set by the government. For shared owners, this is set in line with the terms of your lease with us.

The income we receive from rent pays for the work we do to maintain and invest in existing homes. For example, in the last financial year to March 2024, we responded to more than 27,000 repairs across our 10,000 properties. We also built 212 homes for affordable rent, social rent and shared ownership.

How we can help 

We have trained teams in place to help with any issues related to running your home. It includes help with mental health, domestic abuse and loneliness.  

We also offer a free, confidential money advice service to all our residents to help with practical support, budgeting and managing bills. In addition, we work with partners like Pocket Power who can help reduce household bills; Survivors Against Domestic Abuse (SADA) as well as other local and national organisations.
