Burford Grange, Ickleford. In partnership with CALA Homes, we are developing 19 new homes which will include 12 for affordable rent and 7 for shared ownership, due to completed at the end of February 2025.
Comet Way, Hatfield. We are developing 118 homes in partnership with New Ways Construction, including 28 for social rent and 90 for shared ownership. Due to be complete by the end of 2025.
Bullens Lane, Colney Heath. In partnership with Taylor Wimpey, we are developing 45 new homes – 20 for shared ownership and 25 for rent. Due to be complete by the end of 2025.
Whittington Way, Bishop Stortford. In partnership with Bellway we are developing 95 new homes, 64 of the homes are for social rent and 31 for shared ownership. 87 homes have now been handed over.
Hawkshead Road, Little Heath. We are working with partners CALA Homes to develop 14 new homes for shared ownership and 11 to rent, with work due to begin in April.
Oughton Head Lane Hitchin. We are working with partners CALA Homes to develop 17 new homes.
Royston, Hertfordshire. This large development with Vistry Group s in its third phase to develop 40 new homes for affordable rent and shared ownership. Expected delivery is early 2026.
Linmere, Houghton Regis, Central Bedfordshire. We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Stonebond Properties to deliver 142 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership at Linmere, a 650-acre urban village in Houghton Regis, Central Bedfordshire. 37 shared owner homes have been handed over. All homes expected to be complete in 2026.
The Gates, Houghton Regis, Central Bedfordshire. 119 affordable homes. We are planning on launching the show home at the end of March with all homes due to be complete before the end of 2025.
Clophill Road, Maulden. 7 homes for rent and 2 for shared ownership, with completion expected to be in May 2025.
St Ives, Huntingdonshire. This development in partnership with Brumor will deliver 94 homes – 30 for social rent and 64 for shared ownership. The flats will be built using LoCaL Homes Eco-150 panels and the remaining houses will be built using their Eco-100 system. Due to complete in 2026.
