Current developments
Regeneration of John Barker Place, Westmill Estate, Hitchin. We are currently working with Lovell Partnerships to complete Phase 2 of the development which will include 48 new homes – 24 for social rent and 22 for shared ownership, with planned completion in early 2025.
Burford Grange, Ickleford. In partnership with CALA Homes, are developing 19 new homes which will include 12 for affordable rent and 7 for shared ownership.
St Onslow School, Hatfield. We will be delivering 17 new homes with our partners Durkan – 14 for social rent and 3 for shared ownership.
Comet Way, Hatfield. We are developing 118 homes in partnership with New Ways Construction, including 28 for social rent and 90 for shared ownership.
Bullens Lane, Colney Heath. In partnership with Taylor Wimpey, we are developing 45 new homes – 20 for shared ownership and 25 for rent.
Whittington Way, Bishop Stortford. In partnership with Bellway we are developing 95 new homes, 64 of the homes are for social rent and 31 for shared ownership. 75 homes have now been handed over.
Hawkshead Road, Little Heath. We are working with partners CALA Homes to develop 14 new homes for shared ownership and 11 to rent.
Dark Lane, Cheshunt. Working with our partners at Chalkdene we are developing 20 new homes at this scheme- 13 for social rent and 7 for shared ownership. We expect to take handover of these properties in the summer (2024).
Linmere, Houghton Regis, Central Bedfordshire. We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Stonebond Properties to deliver 142 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership at Linmere, a 650-acre urban village in Houghton Regis, Central Bedfordshire. Some of the homes have been handed over to residents with more expected in the summer (2024). Roofs are also now going on the flats.
The Gates, Houghton Regis, Central Bedfordshire. 119 affordable homes.
St Ives, Huntingdonshire. This development in partnership with Brumor will deliver 94 homes – 30 for social rent and 64 for shared ownership. The flats will be built using LoCaL Homes Eco-150 panels and the remaining houses will be built using their Eco-100 system.
