Kingfisher House and Phase 2 of the development provide 83 new affordable homes and two shops at John Barker Place. Approval for Phase 3 of the development will see a further 48 new affordable homes on the site of Freemans Close.

We have now submitted the planning application to provide 147 new homes in Letchworth, through regeneration of homes at Campfield Way, Highover Road and Icknield Way.
Investing in the Grange, Letchworth
We have been keeping residents on Pelican Way, Western Way and Orchard Way, in the Grange neighbourhood updated on our investment proposals for the area and how this will join up with other proposed developments nearby.
Redevelopment of 3-5 Newells in Letchworth
Following resident consultation, we have now submitted a planning application to redevelop these homes into a new block of 15 one and two-bedroom apartments.
