Check your home’s energy rating

We carry out energy assessment survey to find out how energy efficient a home is.

If your home needs a survey, our assessment partner, Vibrant Energy will contact you to arrange an appointment. Once assessed, your home receives an energy rating and is issued an energy performance (EPC) certificate. Our target is for all settle homes to have an energy rating of EPC C or above by 2030.

If your home is less than EPC C

We’ll review what measures we can take to help bring your home to an EPC C. We’ll contact tenants in these homes over the next few years to discuss what we can do as part of our energy efficiency programme,

If your home is EPC C or above

Great news – your home is more energy efficient and there’s no immediate work to be done. There are other ways you can help to improve your home’s energy performance. The Energy Saving Trust has useful advice energysavingtrust.org.uk/hub/quick-tips-to-save-energy/
