Check your home’s energy rating

We carry out energy assessments to find out how energy efficient a home is.

Once assessed, your home receives an energy rating and is issued an energy performance (EPC) certificate. Our target is for all settle homes to have an energy rating of EPC C or above by 2030.

You can view your home’s EPC certificate on the government website www.gov.uk/find-energy-certificate

If your home is less than EPC C

We’re contacting tenants in homes with an energy rating of less than EPC C as part of our energy efficiency programme.

If your home is EPC C or above

Great news – your home is more energy efficient and there’s no immediate work to be done. There are other ways you can help to improve your home’s energy performance. The Energy Saving Trust has useful advice energysavingtrust.org.uk/hub/quick-tips-to-save-energy/
