Power of attorney
Having permission to act on a tenant’s behalf is not the same as power of attorney. Power of attorney allows the person to give notice and cancel the tenancy, add or remove someone from the tenancy, or any other legally binding act. If you have been granted power of attorney for someone who is a tenant, please contact us.
