A note about the 2025/26 building insurance estimate
We provided advance notice of an increase to the Building Insurance premium in the Actual Service Charge letter sent in September 2024.
The increase reflects similar changes across the insurance sector and the building insurance premiums for 2025/26 have been estimated using the increased premium.
We have re-tendered our building insurance contract and will be consulting homeowners on the choice of supplier by the end of February 2025.
